Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your stickers as much as we do,  but if there’s an issue, here’s what you need to know:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at hello@bystamped.comwith your order number and a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

As per UK consumer law, personalised or made-to-order goods (like custom stickers) are non-refundable unless faulty. However, we may accept returns of unopened and unused products at our discretion, email us to discuss.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you’d like to return an item, and another 14 days to send it back. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return in original condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
